Boruto is now strong enough to defeat enemies such as him and that just goes to show how far he has come over the timeskip period. Boruto has also developed quite a lot of powerful techniques during this time and a few of them have already been shown to the fans. So far, his strongest ability is Rasengan Uzuhiko, which he finally unleashed in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 3. By all means, this jutsu is one of the strongest seen in the entirety of Naruto and its powers were enough to defeat even someone like Code.
Boruto's Growth Over The Timeskip
Boruto Uzumaki has grown tremendously over the timeskip. He has reached a level so high that he can even contend with the likes of Code in battle rather easily. Before the timeskip, it goes without saying that Boruto was strong and he could even hold his own against enemies such as Code to a certain extent, however, drawing out more power meant giving Momoshiki control and this was the only way that he could access the true power of the Karma. Boruto desperately needed more power if he were to save those close to him and rescue his father once again. Things have changed quite a lot for him over the years and he has certainly matured quite a lot over the timeskip.
Boruto is 15 right now and during the 3 years that he spent away from the village, he seems to have trained quite a lot. Boruto left the village with Sasuke and fans can absolutely expect the Uchiha to have trained him harder than ever before. Under a genius such as Sasuke, it is no surprise that Boruto grew to the level where he is currently. However, it appears that Sasuke is not the only teacher that Boruto has had over the timeskip. It is clear from Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 3 that Kashin Koji also has some sort of connection to him and, one can assume that he was also responsible for training Boruto in many ways.
Kashin Koji is incredibly powerful himself. Fans know this because they have seen him fight against Jigen and defeat him. Furthermore, Kashin Koji is also a user of the powerful Sage Mode and with this ability, he could take on even Isshiki in combat for a small period of time. Under Sasuke and Koji, Boruto flourished as a ninja and likely took the best from both of his mentors. There is no doubt that Boruto has become the strongest in the world right now, with no one strong enough to oppose him as he is. His strongest ability so far that the fans have seen is, without a doubt, Rasegan Uzuhiko.
Boruto's Rasengan Uzuhiko
Fans have seen the Rasengan to be an incredibly iconic Jutsu in the Naruto world. This technique was invented by none other than Minato and, then, passed on to Jiraiya. It was Jiraiya who taught it to Naruto, who passed it to Konohamaru, who then ended up giving it to none other than Boruto. This technique holds a lot of meaning, as is evident from the fact that it is passed down from one generation to another. This jutsu is not only strong but also symbolic. It only made sense that Boruto created a stronger version of this technique by himself and he certainly created a very deadly one as well.
Boruto: Why Sasuke Might Die, Explained

Rasengan Uzuhiko was first mentioned in the manga in Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 2. After Boruto came face to face with Code, he warned him that if the two were to fight, Boruto would kill him. Boruto wanted him to submit peacefully and take him to the 10 Tails, which he believes is a massive threat to the entire world. Naturally, Code did not agree to this and, as a result, Boruto was forced to fight him. To wrap the battle up quickly, Boruto simply started to rely on one of his very strongest techniques and that is the Rasengan Uzuhiko.
When Boruto activated this technique, fans could see swirls of wind forming around his body. These swirls were rather strange and Code initially theorized that this was the Vanishing Rasengan, however, it was something else entirely, as shown in Boruto two Blue Vortex chapter 3.
Fans were theorizing as to what this ability truly is and how it works for a month and the answer was finally provided in the latest chapter of Boruto. Boruto Uzumaki used this technique against Code and managed to defeat him with this power within a matter of seconds. Essentially, this Rasengan sees Boruto make use of the rotation and the chakra of the planet. He hits his enemies with the rotation of the planet, which then likely makes them disoriented because their senses cannot handle the power of the rotation of the planet. This explains why Code could not stand after being hit with this technique for long. Even though Code was not injured to a great degree, he was disoriented upon being hit with this power.
It is quite clear that this technique is rather unique. It sees Boruto somehow get a grasp of the rotation of the earth and accumulate that, likely because of the karma, since it has the power of absorption. The absorbed power and the chakra of the earth then become a weapon. He can inflict this upon his enemies through unknown means and once inflicted, it is believed that this rotation is permanent. It cannot be stopped by anyone other than Boruto himself. Perhaps, going to a different planet might somehow help the victim, however, even that is up for debate at the moment. Quite clearly, this is a magnificent technique developed by none other than Boruto Uzumaki.
How Strong Is Rasengan Uzuhiko?
The Rasengan Uzuhiko is an incredibly powerful technique and clearly one of the strongest in the entire Boruto series. This power is enough to defeat anyone within a hit or two at best. Boruto has managed to develop the strongest version of Rasengan seen in the entire story and this is certainly a great achievement for him. Even someone who is as strong as the Otsutsuki cannot withstand this power and that statement speaks for itself. Right now, Boruto Uzumaki is in a completely different league and it wouldn't be a stretch to say that he is the strongest in the entire world.
It is only a matter of time before fans get to see him reach even higher levels. It must be remembered that Boruto is still 15 and he still has a lot of room to grow. He will likely improve his usage of the Rasengan Uzuhiko, and, at the same time, develop many other powerful techniques as well.
