A new leak from Honkai: Star Rail is sharing all the details about the bosses within the new version of the Divergent Universe coming with Version 3.1. Since the debut of the sci-fi RPG from HoYoverse in early 2023, the Simulated Universe and its various spinoffs have been among the game's most popular game modes. The Simulated Universe has received multiple expansions, ranging from the original "Swarm Disaster" expansion to "Unknowable Domain" and even an entirely new mode in Divergent Universe. Now, a major update is coming for the fan-favorite game mode.

Divergent Universe saw a plethora of major changes to the Simulated Universe formula with its debut in Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.3 update. The game mode introduced a plethora of new mechanics, ranging from "Weighted Curios" which grant powerful boosts to specific Elements and Paths to "Equations" encouraging players to focus on specific Blessings. The game mode also features a "Mapping" system, allowing lower-level players to utilize their characters with boosted levels and equipment. A new leak shared by prominent HoYoverse leaker HomDGCat is teasing the lineup of bosses set to appear in the new Divergent Universe update. According to the leak, several past bosses will be returning to the new Divergent Universe cycle, with "Borisin Warhead: Hoolay," "The Giver," "Cirrus," and "Wonder Forest's Banacademic Office Staff" set to appear. Each Honkai: Star Rail boss will feature staggering HP totals, with the "Banacademic Office Staff" boasting 3 health bars with over 120 million HP each. The Divergent Universe update is expected to launch in Version 3.1, scheduled to release on February 26.
