Marvel Rivals has four types of achievements that you can unlock for extra cosmetics and rewards, and some of them are a little more challenging to get than others. One of the more difficult achievements is Histrionic Perfection, which needs to be unlocked via Quick or Competitive matches.

The achievement itself, as such, isn't really the challenging part; staying away from enemies while you're trying to pull it off is. Here is how you can find the spot to get the Histrionic Perfection achievement in Marvel Rivals, what you need to do, and a rundown on some tips you can use to avoid enemy fire.

How To Get The Histrionic Perfection Achievement In Marvel Rivals

marvel-rivals-yggsgard-throne-room

To get the Histrionic Perfection achievement in Marvel Rivals, you need to find the throne on Yggsgard: Royal Palace in the Domination game mode. The throne can be found at the center of the 'Throne Room' map just across from the capture point. It sits at the top of the stairs between two corridors that converge from each spawn point, which means that you're very likely to run into enemies in this area when the game first starts.

Getting the achievement is only possible in Quick or Competitive matches, so you won't unlock it if you try to do it in any other mode.

Once you've found the throne, you need to stand on it and then emote on it. This will unlock Histrionic Perfection, and you should be able to claim the reward once the match is finished. To use an emote on PC, you can simply hold the 'T' button to bring up the emote and spray wheel. If you're on console, then you need to push left on your D-Pad.

Marvel Rivals: How to Get Lord Icons

Lord Icons are one of the most prestigious achievements in Marvel Rivals, and here is how to get them.

You can find and claim the reward for getting Histrionic Perfection under the achievements menu in your personal profile, specifically in the Chronoverse Saga category. Here are a few things to keep in mind so that you can successfully get it:

  1. Wait until enemies are distracted before you try and get the achievement. It will be very difficult to try and do the emote while an enemy is chasing you down or while you're in the middle of a team fight, so pick your moment wisely.
  2. Use a high mobility character. Marvel Rivals is a fast-paced game, so enemies won't be looking away from you for long periods of time. It'll be best to use someone like Spider-Man to get in and out quickly to do the emote while the match is going.
  3. Try and do the challenge in Quick matches. Competitive is much more stressful, and Quick matches will give you the opportunity to be more flexible with the heroes you choose and how to get to the throne room.

It's also important to note that the three maps that come with in the Yggsgard Dominion mode can appear in any order, which means that it's also likely that you may need to play a few matches in order to get the right map. You only need to win two maps in order to win the match, which means that you can miss out on the Throne Room arena if it's the last one in the queue. Thankfully, the Marvel Rivals map pool isn't too big, so you shouldn't need to wait too long before you find the right moment to get this achievement.
