Who's Your Favorite Sitcom Couple?
I recently rewatched? How I Met Your Mother. I'm still very upset with how they chose to end Ted and Tracy's story because they were clearly perfect for each other, and she 100 percent deserved a better ending. Nevertheless, the few times that we got to see them on screen together as well as the entire build-up and how we got to learn about both of their personalities turned it into a beautiful love story within less than a season. Despite how I feel about the end of the show, Tracy and Ted Mosby are my number one sitcom couple.
What Movie Do You Think Deserves To Win Best Picture At The 2025 Oscars?
I would have loved if Challengers was nominated for Best Picture at the 2025 Oscars, but since it wasn't, I would be more than happy to see Anora take the title in its stead.
Did Any Of The 2025 Oscar Nominations Surprise You?
The Substance receiving as many Oscar nominations as it did was certainly unexpected, mainly because of how horror movies tend go overlooked by the academy.
What's Your Walking Dead Unpopular Opinion?
I don't ship Rick and Michonne. There I said it! Michonne became very close with Carl as well as the rest of the Grimes family, but until the show took the romantic route between her and Rick, I had never really seen things that way so it always felt strange to me. Apart from Princess and Mercer, I've never seriously shipped any couples in?The Walking Dead. I think I find myself more invested in friendships, which tend to be much more powerful bonds on the show.
What Do You Think Was The Biggest Snub From 2025's Oscar Nominations?
Challengers not getting a nomination for Best Original Song or Best Original Score was a big surprise. It was also quite disappointing to see Furiosa not getting the recognition it deserved for its tremendous cinematography.
What's The Oldest YouTube Channel You're Still Subscribed To?
Looking over my subscriptions, I'm pretty sure that RedLetterMedia is the oldest YouTube channel I still regularly watch today. The decade-and-a-half old reviews and media commentary channel has barely changed its formula over time, and it's still just as insightful and hilarious as it has always been. Wheel Of The Worst 29 is one of the funniest entries in that long-running series, and that was just uploaded a few weeks ago.
Chowder Is A Criminally Underrated Cartoon and I'll Tell You Why
Honestly, I loved Chowder growing up, and I still enjoy watching it now as an adult. This show really did feel like it was before its time, and the humor is just so out there, clever, and really well done. The characters and their voice acting were wacky and wild, making them ever so memorable, and the fact that many of them were named after food items or dishes was a really cool decision that added to the overall vibe of the show. Lastly, the way that the characters break the fourth wall several times was perfectly executed and really humorous, with the characters even predicting the downfall/cancellation of the show. Chowder will forever be an absolute gem of a cartoon, and I'll never get sick of revisiting it for a watch here and there.
Who Is Your Favorite Alice in Borderland Character?
I tend to have 3 favorite characters, but my top pick would be An Rizuna. Her calm and collected demeanor while throwing sarcastic shade at Arisu as they stand waist-deep in water about to be electrocuted, will never not make me laugh as a character introduction. Throughout the series, she had a really intriguing aspect to her character, as well as the same type of 'cool' swagger Chishiya tends to carry. I also enjoyed that she investigated mysteries of the Borderlands, such as attempting to travel to the edge of the purgatory. Other than that, I really enjoyed both Chishiya and Kuina's characters and their friendship with one another.
Who Is Your Favorite Character in Avatar: The Legend of Korra?
Definitely Asami Sato. I really enjoyed her story progression throughout the series and her character growth from internal conflicts about her father's criminal activity to later being able to find confidence in using inventions for good rather than for crime such as he did. Plus, she fills the role of a skilled non-bender who can still roll with the gang, much like Sokka, Suki, Jet, and Ty Lee in ATLA - who I all found to be really interesting and enjoyable characters.
The 100 Had So Much potential...until It Didn’t
The 100 was a show I loved dearly throughout the majority of its runtime. Sadly, though, I believe that this is another series that suffered a similar fate to The Walking Dead, in which it was stretched too far season after season and the quality of the story, character developments, and subplots drastically dwindled. While for a lot of people, Lexa's death was a huge letdown and saw many fans step away from enjoying the series on the same level, I thoroughly enjoyed everything up to and including the Bloodreina arc and the fight against Diyoza. However, when it got to the point where they were looking for another planet to move to, I began to lose interest, and then once it leaned more into that sci-fi route with the people on the new planet and the strange time travel stuff, I really couldn't bring myself to see the series through. It just felt like I'd lost favorite character after favorite character (Jasper, Luna, Monty & Harper), and my only favorite left (Octavia) was very much w
Who Were Your Favorite Players in Squid Game 2?
I really liked the?Squid Game 2?cast, so it's hard to pick just one favorite. I grew particularly attached to Hyun-ju and Geum-ja. While I believe the former will survive, I'm worried that the latter will give her life for her son at some point next season.
I Know A Lot of People Loved Nosferatu, I Just Wasn't One Of Them
While I admit that?Nosferatu?was beautifully written, featured incredible shots, and was quite aesthetically pleasing, that wasn't enough to save it for me. Its pacing just felt odd, and that's what prevented me from enjoying it. At some point, I just wanted it to end.
I Prefer Squid Game Season 2 Compared to Season 1
While the first season of?Squid Game?was a great introduction to the concept of the games, the story feels much more important this time around. Not only am I more invested in the story now, but I also found myself rooting for these new characters rather than expecting them to die from the get-go.
What's a TV Show You Regret Putting Down At First?
I tried to watch? The Leftovers?back in early 2022, but for some reason, it just didn't click and I dropped it after the first couple of episodes. I tried again in November and devoured it, watching all three seasons on a single weekend.
Who Do You Predict Will Leave Law & Order SVU Next?
Considering what happened in the last?Law & Order SVU?episode before the mid-season break, I think Carisi will be the next one to leave the show. His wife, Detective Amanda Rollins, has been making on-and-off appearances for the past couple of years now, and I think Carisi will follow in her footsteps - perhaps as a stay-at-home dad. At the moment, he's not ready to return to work.
Who's Winning the 2025 Royal Rumble?
With Cody out of the equation this year, it'll be interesting to see who gets a nudge towards WWE's biggest showcase. There will certainly be eyes on what happens with John Cena for his farewell tour, CM Punk will have the audience behind him, but I hope it's someone a little more unexpected. Maybe Solo Sikoa is a good shot once Tribal Combat finishes on Raw. While I highly doubt it, I think it would be hilarious to see Dominik Mysterio win it. Could you imagine the outcry?! For the women's match, it would be a good time for Jade Cargill to come back and take revenge on the one who took her out. Similarly, I'm hearing Charlotte Flair is a possible return, but I hope they save the Rumble win for someone with less accolades. Last time she came back she was given the title immediately and it all felt a bit empty. Who are you picking for the Rumble?
Who Was Your Favorite Character on The 100?
Definitely Octavia Blake. She was probably the only character that I enjoyed throughout each one of her story arcs, and I really enjoyed her development from girl under the floor, to warrior on par (and often exceeding) the skill of grounders, to commander, to Blodreina, and then being broken down and having to start all over again. I felt a lot of sympathy for her character and was always invested in seeing her make it to the end. A close second would have to have been Jasper Jordan, though, especially in the earlier seasons. I adored his goofy dynamic and his friendship with Monty, and it was devastating to see him so deeply traumatized and ultimately spiraling, never recovering from the things he had witnessed.
Which Game in Alice in Borderland is The Most Terrifying to Think About IRL?
While all of the games are extremely terrifying to think about in their own ways, for me it would probably have to be the Tag game. There's something particularly brutal about the masked taggers walking around just gunning people down as everyone scrambles to locate the objective with barely any clue as to what they're looking for. I know for certain that I'd be way too petrified and caught up in the hysteria to ever put 2 and 2 together to find the room and clear the game. But honestly, the same can be said for almost all of the games - I'd truly just be a goner in Borderland.
What's Your Favorite Part of The Super Mario Bros. Movie?
My favorite part of?The Super Mario Bros. Movie?is when Mario is fighting Donkey Kong and he gets the Super Bell power-up and turns into a cat!
