MultiVersus features a vibrant array of characters throughout its roster, each bringing its own unique abilities and playstyles that players can master. However, with four different roles that characters are categorized into, as well as a range of unique abilities that make them stand out from one another, getting the hang of certain characters and mastering them through the ranks can be a tough goal to achieve.

Powerpuff Girls Guide in Multiversus - Abilities, Perks, & More

The Powerpuff Girls are an Assassin Class character in MultiVersus with a horizontal fighting style, and often considered one of the more tricky characters to get the hang of. The great thing about the Powerpuff Girls is they have quite a flexible playstyle due to both their passive and special abilities, enabling players to swap between each girl to apply different buffs to themselves. The passive buffs applied to each Powerpuff Girl are as follows:

Blossom: balanced speed and knockback.
Bubbles: improved speed, decreased knockback.
Buttercup: slower speed, increased knockback.

The Powerpuff Girls have strong reach with melee attacks, as well as the advantage of lots of knockback. However, they do move more slowly around the battlefield than other fighters, and successfully getting used to consistently making successful switches between the girls can take some getting used to.

Powerpuff Girls Ground Attacks

Somer-Assault!: Line up and roll forward, knocking enemies upward.
- Can be used to launch enemies into the air and start an aerial combo.
Powerpuff Kick!: Charge a slide kick that travels forward.
- Can be used offensively to knock foes back, or to dodge incoming projectiles.
Sister Combo!: A 3-hit combo where each girl throws a punch.
Powerpuff Uppercut!: Charge an upward punch with more knockback when fully charged.
- Can be used to interrupt incoming combos.
Hotline Pincer!: Charge an attack, hanging up the hotline. Split up, flying left and right, then back together in the center, hitting enemies.

Powerpuff Girls Aerial Attacks

Ring-Around-The-Rosie!: The girls join hands and spin in a circle.
- Enables you to attack from any direction.
Powerpuff Slingshot!: Grabbing hold of each other in a chain, the girls fling themselves forward.
- Great for hitting enemies from range.
Flying Uppercut!: An upward punch.
- Works well during aerial combos to potentially Ring-Out your foe.
Powerpuff Stomp!: A stomp that hits downward.

Powerpuff Girls Special Attacks

Tag, You're It!: Switch between Blossom, Bubbles, or Buttercup as leader.
...And Everything Nice!: Each Powerpuff Girl has a unique attack, depending on the leader. Blossom will emit icy breath that applies ice stacks, Bubbles will shout to stun enemies, and Buttercup will fire a laser that breaks armor.
Tackle Time!: The topmost girl will fly forward, grabbing an enemy. Each girl has a unique throw; Blossom will throw the target toward the leader, Bubbles will throw the target upward, and Buttercup will throw the target downward.
- Can be used to set up various combos.
Up We Go!: An upward flight with unique effects depending on who the leading girl is. Bubbles will fly higher but deal less knockback, Buttercup will fly less high but deal more knockback, and Blossom is balanced between the two of them.
- Creates great follow-up for aerial combos.
Swapsies!: The backmost girl will quickly swoop into the leader position, hitting enemies upward.

Powerpuff Girls Signature Perks

An Extra Ingredient: Each of the girl's signature specials gains an additional effect. Blossom's frost breath applies ice, Bubble's scream stuns, and Buttercup's eye lasers burn.
Acrobatattack: Dash attack can be used once while in the air.

Powerpuff Girls Standard Perk

Pugilist: Your melee attacks deal increased damage.

Powerpuff Girls Strong Perk

Collateral Damage: Your team deals 1 additional damage when knocked-back enemies collide with a wall or floor.

Powerpuff Girls Team Perk

Press The Advantage: Your team applies a stack of weakened when knocking back enemies that are above 125 damage. If your teammate also selects this perk, weakened is applied above 110 damage instead.
