They could always bring them back for the Switch 2, and are just discontinuing them for the Switch! I mean I don't purchase that much DLC for the Switch anyhow so it doesn't bother me! Sure it's a bummer loyal customers can't earn them anymore but that's what happens with systems especially those nearing the end of their lifespan!

Of course, Oda could give always give her a Devil Fruit, Conquer's Haki, or she has some power that can counter Imu! I mean there are plenty of ways she could return along with a massive upgrade (hopefully with her trusty steed Karoo as he's basically her answer to Nami's Zeus and it would be nice to have Chopper reunite with a fellow animal/emergency rations! Okay I was just kidding about the emergency rations as we all know Robin & Vivi would object which would get Nami, Sanji, and Brook on their side cause Robin & Vivi are like sisters to Nami, while Brook & Sanji will always side with the ladies and Brook will probably get mad they aren't trying to use him as emergency rations cause its a running gag he takes offense when ignored as a food source)!

If Zoro believes in Vivi, than I do to! The other Straw Hats just wanted to mope cause they miss her and are just looking for an excuse to go find her in the hopes it could lead to her joining up or just seeing her again! Seriously if she reunites with them, every member from Arabasta (Robin too as she knows how much Vivi means to them and would likely enjoy getting the opportunity to apologize to the former Miss Wednesday and offer her condolences for the death of her father whom she revealed information recorded on the Arabasta Poneglyph) would gladly welcome her to join them (I imagine Brook wouldn't have any objections either, nor with Franky or Jimbe, Jimbe would probably enjoy hearing about her meeting Shirahoshi and Vivi could also put Franky in contact with Wapol whom he is beholden to for the invention of Wapolmetal which made General Franky a reality which could help smooth things over with Chopper especially after learning Wapol saved Vivi from CP9 and helped her go into hiding! If Wapol pays his cards right he might be able to use Vivi as a contact to set himself up in the Underworld as the Straw Hats and/or the Grand Fleet could benefit from having allies with underworld ties especially if they decide to help fund Vegapunk Lilth's research and Wapol could gain the right to raise the Straw Hat flag over Black Drum Kingdom for protection for himself, his wife, and pet dog from when he was just a homeless bum)!

I for one would like to remind everyone Luffy gave Yamato, Kinemon, and Momo open invitations to join his crew suggesting he doesn't give a DAMN about the 10 crew limit everyone pushes!

Vivi doesn't even have to be strong as Luffy could freakin care less about strength as he'll gladly welcome her (& Karoo as they are a package deal) aboard if she ever asked (while he may not have said it outright the X Mark Salute was pretty much an open invitation)! Also NEVER forget what ZORO said about VIVI after reading the news about her disappearance and don't forget she's a D carrier like Luffy and had two years to get strong just like the Straw Hats did (Crocodile and Daz Bones escape from Impel Down and her inability to protect Arabasta without the help of her friends could have all motivated her to get stronger)! I wouldn't be surprised if she can awaken Conquer's Haki given her royal background and D status! Not to mention it's too dangerous for her to return to Arabasta with Imu having access to Mother Flame to fuel his Ancient Weapon or the prospect of it getting hit by a BUSTER CALL! Not to mention if she did return the WG might invade to capture her!

I doubt it, as Luffy is a YONKO! If it were pre-Wano, I could see it happening as Luffy was captured by both Kaido and Big Mom at certain points!

More likely scenario is the Straw Hats are in a big battle and in desperate need of allies which is when Luffy's Vivre card comes into play as its basically a compass to Luffy and that's it's primary purpose in the narrative!

There is no reason to keep Dragon the son of Garp and father of Monkey D Luffy from being to OP, especially given his status as the world's most wanted man who survived a conflict with Blackbeard, a Yonko! He could have any type of Devil Fruit from a Logia, to Parmenica, to a Mythical Zoan like his son! He could also be just a three Haki forms user like his old man and is able to manipulate weather through knowledge he has gained, heck it could be an ability of the D Clan that he has somehow unlocked as the Celestial Dragons often talk of the D creating a storm which actually could be literal and not just figuratively (maybe it's a application of Haki unique to the D Clan or a rare ability possessed by certain members of their lineage)! Or Oda is simply fooling everyone into thinking Dragon has such powers when it's really just coincidence or thematic aspect!

Nami can change the weather without a Devil Fruit, Vegapunks and the Scientists of Weatheria also through their understand the science of weather which Nami learned on Weatheria! Just saying that weather manipulation isn't exclusive to Devil Fruit users!

This has some huge implications for both Zoro and Usopp!

Oda made it clear that Zoro will never eat a Devil Fruit himself but did say that if he was to be given one it would be Kaido's Devil Fruit (or possibly another copy as Vegapunk created Momo's version so who's to say Zoro couldn't end up with an artificial green dragon sword unless Kaido's DF comes back into circulation and it ends up making its way to Zoro who learns how to feed it to one of his blades hopefully giving him a weapon with a better sense of direction than Zoro himself)!

In Wano it was made painfully clear Usopp's current arsenal lacks close ranged attacks like Usopp Hammer, Usopp Pound, & Usopp Golden Pound! While Oda suggested Usopp would get the Pocket Pocket Fruit (last seen wielded by a pirate aligned with the Whitebeard Pirates) if he was allowed to have one, the odds of Usopp acquiring a powerful weapon in Elbaf seem high and it's possible said weapon isn't infused with a Devil Fruit but ancient technology! Emet and Enma prove that Conquer's Haki can be infused into an object long after the user has passed as Kaido could sense Oden's haki coming from Enma and Emet unleashed Joyboy's Haki against the WG on Egghead forcing the Elders save for Saturn to retreat and seemingly caused Imu pain despite him being in the holy land far away! It's possible Usopp could acquire some weapon imbued with Haki or even a soul like how Nami's Clima-tact currently contains Zeus (Mother Caramel lived in Elbaf for a time during which she may have created homies which survived her after her Devil Fruit passed to Big Mom)! Alternatively, Usopp, Vegapunk Lilith (and the new Vegapunk she plans to create), and/or Franky could put their heads together to create stronger weapons with Usopp creating something that plays into his old school fighting style of using psychological warfare (which proved effective against Perona and Sugar) like Usopp Pound and Usopp Golden Pound!
