I've enjoyed full on role-playing a semi-functioning alcoholic in BG3 in that there are no factions to consider, or quests to complete. Well, until such a time as the alcohol runs out at one hub and I must move quickly onto the next lest the DTs set in. True fear is alcohol withdrawals in the Underdark.

That said, I too look forward to playing the hexblade warlock!
